All my children have been fascinated with Elmo. Each time my children heard Elmo as a baby they were completely drawn in by his childlike voice and bright red fur. He holds their attention much longer than anything else on television.
As adult we see him and think that he is so cute and so adorable. Elmo just embodies so much childlike innocence and fun. It is amazing and genius the way that Kevin Clash was able to create such a fun and adorable character.
Elmo is one of those characters that will be around forever. He has a way about him that naturally attracts the attention of young children.
