Dora the Explorer and many other popular children characters entertained kids during Florida’s Children Capital Event for a Day in Tallahassee, Florida. The event included many different activities for children to enjoy. The annual event highlights the importance of children and the need to protect and nurture them. Along with Dora the Explorer there was the popular character SpongeBob SquarePants, and Sesame Street’s Elmo.
