Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar are expecting their first grandson on June 17th. Their eldest child, Josh Duggar , and his wife Anna are expecting their baby boy . Josh and Anna have a 17 month-old baby girl named Mackynzie. Mackynzie is only a couple months older than her youngest aunt, Josie, who was born prematurely at 25 weeks gestation via emergency c-section. Josie and all her siblings have names that begin the letter “J.” No words if older brother Josh will continue the tradition with his children’s names beginning with the same letter. One thing that he and Anna will repeat is having the baby born via homebirth. Older sister Mackynzie was born healthy via homebirth and so will her younger brother.
