Washington’s Governor will be greeting tricker treaters while wearing an adult size Elmo Costume. According to the Associated Press others at the governor’s mansion will also making it a sunny day on Halloween evening. Elmo will not be the only Sesame Street character seen at the governor. Guest can expect to be greeted by those wearing Cookie Monster , Big Bird, Oscar the Grouch, Count Von Count, and Bert and Ernie costumes.
