Richard Blais, of Top Chef fame, welcomed a new baby girl this past week. He and his wife, Jazmin, already have a 2 year-old daughter name Riley Maddox. The couple named their new baby girl Embry Lotus Blais. Embry Rose was born on February 5th at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.
