Although thee are no injuries or deaths reported, Dream on Me is recalling several on their 2-in-1 Bassinets because of fall and suffocation risks.
The hazard posed is as follows:
The wire supports on the sides of the bassinet can disconnect causing the fabric sides to lower; posing a risk that infants can fall out or become entrapped and suffocate.
Parents and caregivers are asked to stop using the bassinets and to contact the company for a free repair.

These bassinets were sold online at Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Wayfair.com, ToysRUs.com and Kohls.com from May 2012 to October 2014 for about $60.
