Once again, Sesame Street received multiple Emmy wins and came out on top among the children programming. The show won in multiple categories and took home 6 Emmy awards. Although that is an impressive number, that is one less than last year, which has one less than what they earned in 2011.

- Outstanding Achievement in Main Title (Rickey Boyd, Creative Director – Graphics; Michael Lapinski, Art Director ;Rhea Borzak, Compositor ; Andrew Atteberry, 3D Animator ;Julian Herrera, VFX Supervisor)
- Outstanding Achievement in Sound Editing(Chris Prinzivalli, Michael Barrett, Michael Croiter, Supervising Sound Editors ;Jorge Muelle, Music Editor ;Chris Sassano, Sound Editor ;Dick Maitland, Sound Effects Editor)
Some of the names, like Kevin Clash , are more recognizable than others , but there is an entire crew that makes Sesame Street possible. All the parents are extremely happy for what they do each day.
