Elmo, Cookie Monster and Telly Monster ventured a little bit off Sesame Street to make an appearance on the Top Chef. The Sesame Street Muppets were there to judge the cookie making abilities of the Top Chef contestants. We know that this is Cookie Monsters area of expertise so it is no wonder he as invited to the judging table.
